What it does

• Webhook: receives the nombre (name), email and mensaje (message) fields of your form by POST.
• Google Sheets: appends a row with date, name, email and message.
• Gmail: emails you an alert with the message content.

It only uses standard n8n nodes. There is no code and no paid service involved: you need n8n (cloud or self-hosted) and a Google account.

How to import it

1. Download the JSON file above.
2. In n8n, open a new workflow and choose Import from file (three-dot menu).
3. In Google Sheets, create a sheet with the columns Fecha, Nombre, Email and Mensaje in the first row.
4. In the Google Sheets node, connect your Google account and pick your document and sheet.
5. In the Gmail node, connect your account and replace [email protected] with your address.
6. Copy the production URL of the Webhook node and set it as the target (POST action) of your form, or test it with a sample request.
7. Activate the workflow.
