Use of artificial intelligence. BigLobster's services are delivered by artificial intelligence agents under human oversight. Systems we deploy for clients are handed over with the transparency documentation required by Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

AI agent delivery is the use of software agents to analyse, generate and apply agreed changes without manual intervention on every run.

Human oversight is the review and control a person retains over onboarding, scope changes, incidents and client-requested publication of outputs.

1. Delivery is automated

BigLobster does not bill hours of human work. What you buy is software in continuous operation: agents that analyse, generate and apply changes autonomously within the agreed scope, as often as needed and without manual intervention on each run.

That is what makes the subscription prices on the pricing page possible. A human team doing the same work would cost a multiple of that figure.

2. Where a person steps in

Automation covers execution; decisions that affect the client relationship are taken by a person. Specifically, there is human oversight in:

We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning individuals within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. The detail is in our Privacy Policy.

3. Which systems we use

We use third-party general-purpose language models, accessed through routing and inference providers, together with our own orchestration software that coordinates the agents. The list of providers that process data, and where they do it, is published in the sub-processors section of our Privacy Policy.

We do not train models on our clients' data or content.

4. Regulatory framework

Since 2 August 2026, the transparency obligations of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU Artificial Intelligence Act) have applied. As they concern us:

The agents we sell fall neither under the prohibited practices of Article 5 nor under the high-risk systems of Annex III of the Regulation: they perform no biometric categorisation, no creditworthiness assessment, no candidate screening, and no other function included in those categories.
